These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Careermust (“Careermust”, “we”, “us”, “our”), including our website, apps, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Use of the Services

You agree not to misuse the Services. This includes attempting to interfere with security, scraping, reverse engineering, or using the Services for unlawful purposes.

4. Content you provide

You may upload or enter content such as resumes, cover letters, and profile information (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Careermust a limited license to host, process, and display your User Content solely to provide and improve the Services.

5. AI outputs

The Services may generate suggestions or content using artificial intelligence. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them. Careermust does not guarantee that AI outputs are error-free, complete, or suitable for any purpose.

6. Coaching marketplace

Careermust may enable third-party career coaches (“Coaches”) to offer services. Coaches are independent providers. Careermust is not responsible for coach advice, outcomes, or disputes between users and Coaches.

7. Payments and refunds

Paid features, subscriptions, or coaching plans may be offered through the Services. Fees, billing periods, and refund policies will be presented at checkout or within your plan description.

8. Intellectual property

The Services, including templates, UI, and software, are owned by Careermust and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the Services except as explicitly allowed.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Careermust does not provide legal, financial, or employment guarantees.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Careermust will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
