Go Bright Fix Cleaning Services LLC is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Cleaner / House Maid to join our team in Dubai. As a part of our hospitality and travel industry, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and service that our clients expect. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, ensuring all areas are spotless and well-maintained.
  • Dust, vacuum, and mop floors, as well as clean windows and surfaces to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Change bed linens and towels, and ensure all rooms are prepared for guests in a timely manner.
  • Handle cleaning supplies and equipment safely and responsibly, reporting any maintenance issues as needed.
  • Follow established cleaning protocols and checklists to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
  • Assist with deep cleaning tasks and special projects as required, including move-in and move-out cleaning.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with clients and team members.
  • Own day-to-day delivery and performance for Cleaner / House Maid priorities.


Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a cleaner or house maid in a hospitality or residential setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills to interact with clients and understand their needs.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, and the ability to use cleaning equipment safely.
  • Physical stamina and strength to perform cleaning tasks efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Basic understanding of health and safety regulations related to cleaning.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.


Nice to Have

  • Experience in specialized cleaning services such as Airbnb or holiday homes.
  • Certification in cleaning or hospitality services.
  • Multilingual abilities to communicate with a diverse clientele.
  • Prior exposure to high-growth environments in Hospitality & Travel.
  • Experience improving processes and implementing automation.
  • Knowledge of modern collaboration and project management practices.
